Sometimes you just want a taste of home. Or you might want to try your hand at cooking a new dish.

Washington State University students living in the residence halls can get pretty creative with their culinary skills to make those dishes. In many halls, like Olympia or Scott-Coman, they can use full kitchens that are often a few doors down or on another floor.

The students can even whip up something delicious in their rooms if they have a blender, pressure cooker, microwave, or rice cooker.

Another added benefit: sharing food with other Cougs in the hall. Nothing brings people together like a homemade meal.
